TrueCare™ Express Shipping & Delivery
At TrueCare, we know that when you are dealing with daily stiffness and discomfort, every single day counts. To get you back to peak mobility faster, we prioritize speed without compromising on the security of your package.
1. Same-Day Shipping & Processing
Same-Day Dispatch: All orders placed before our cutoff time are verified, securely packaged, and handed to our couriers the same business day.
Order Cutoff: The cutoff for same-day shipping is 2:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/holidays, will be dispatched the following business day.
Confirmation: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number the moment your package is scanned by our carrier.
2. Shipping Origin & Transparency To provide clinical-grade quality at the best possible prices, we fulfill orders directly from our specialized manufacturing partners in Asia. We utilize Express International Lines to ensure your package reaches your local courier (USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, etc.) as quickly as possible.
3. Total Delivery Timelines We are proud to offer some of the fastest international shipping speeds in the industry.
Shipping Cost: We are currently offering FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING on all orders.
Note: These timelines are for business days (Monday–Friday). While we hit these targets for the vast majority of orders, external factors like customs inspections or extreme weather can occasionally cause minor shifts.
4. Real-Time Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier's system to sync and show the first scan. You can monitor your package's journey through our website or the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes TrueCare is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local postal carrier directly. TrueCare is not liable for packages confirmed as "Delivered" by the courier.
