The TrueCare 90-Day Return & Refund Policy

Every order is protected by our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee. You have 90 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.
Return Eligibility To qualify for a standard (non-defective) return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Be in new or lightly used condition.
- Be free from excessive wear, damage, or misuse.
- Include the original packaging.
- Include proof of purchase.
- Return Shipping Costs
Standard Returns: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for non-defective items. Return shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Defective Returns: If an item is confirmed defective or incorrect, TrueCare will cover the return shipping costs or issue a replacement without requiring a return.
How to Initiate a Return We respect your time, so we’ve made this process simple:
1. Reach Out: Email our support team at support@trytruecare.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return.
2. Get Authorization: If your order is within the 90-day window, our team will reply promptly with a Return Authorization and instructions. Note: Items sent back to us without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
3. Send It Back: Package the item securely with its original packaging and send it to our Returns Facility using the address provided below.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders Quality is our top priority. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item, email us immediately with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and resolve it by express-shipping a replacement at zero cost to you, or issuing a full refund.
Exchanges (Sizing Issues) If you ordered the wrong size, we offer seamless exchanges. Contact support@trytruecare.com and our team will guide you through returning your current item so you can get the correct fit.
Refund Processing Once our facility receives and inspects your return, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post the funds.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items For safety and hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned. This includes opened personal care goods (such as wellness oils or topical creams). If you have a question about whether your specific item is eligible, please reach out to our support team.
Shipping & Delivery Delays If your order has not arrived or experiences a delay significantly exceeding our estimated delivery window due to factors within our control, please contact us. We take full accountability and will review your tracking timeline to issue a shipping refund or appropriate resolution.
